Four ZHP330 petrochemical devolatilization extrusion granulators assembled at Lanzhou Petrochemical Equipment Park.

This project is an internal supporting project for large-scale extrusion granulation production lines at the Equipment Industrial Park of Lanzhou Petrochemical Group, a division of our company. It includes 4 sets of ZHP330 petrochemical devolatilization extrusion granulation units. All units have completed full in-plant assembly at the park and entered the pre-delivery and on-site installation preparation phase.

The ZHP330 devolatilization extrusion granulation unit is a dedicated complete set of equipment independently developed by our company for polyolefin production in the petrochemical industry. It is mainly used for devolatilization, homogeneous mixing and extrusion granulation of polymer melts. The unit adopts parallel twin-screw extrusion technology, with stable material conveying capacity and devolatilization effect, and can meet the requirements of large-scale continuous production.

• Standardized Assembly Process
  Strictly follow national petrochemical equipment manufacturing industry standards and the group's unified technical specifications. Adopt modular assembly technology to carry out step-by-step assembly and precision testing of core units including screw components, barrel systems, transmission systems and control systems.
• Full-Process Quality Control
  Conduct multiple rounds of verification on technical parameters such as critical dimensions, coaxiality and fit clearances during assembly. All inspection data are recorded in complete documents and filed centrally to ensure that equipment assembly accuracy meets design requirements.
• Safety and Civilized Construction
  Strictly implement the park's safety production management system and implement special safety measures for high-altitude operations and lifting operations. No safety accidents occurred during the project assembly period.

All 4 ZHP330 units have completed in-plant assembly and no-load trial operation and commissioning, with all operating parameters meeting design specifications. The overall appearance quality, assembly accuracy and operational stability of the equipment have passed the group's internal pre-acceptance, laying a solid foundation for subsequent on-site installation, interlocking commissioning and formal production.

The successful completion of this project further verifies the applicability and reliability of our self-developed ZHP330 devolatilization extrusion granulation units in large-scale petrochemical projects. It provides strong equipment support for the group's overall polyolefin production capacity expansion and product quality optimization, and also promotes the industrial application of domestic large-scale petrochemical extrusion granulation equipment.
