Successful Major Overhaul of Coperion ZSK320 Twin-Screw Extruder Gearbox

This project involved the complete overhaul and repair of a Coperion ZSK320 twin-screw extruder gearbox for a petrochemical production line. The gearbox had experienced operational degradation, affecting the extruder’s stability and production efficiency.
