Our HPL series twin screw extruders are specially developed for pelletizing production of high-temperature special engineering plastics. Equipped with high-torque transmission system, this machine features larger throughput and more stable temperature control compared with conventional low-torque extruders. It is the ideal processing equipment for compounding PPA, PPS, PEEK and other engineering plastics reinforced with glass fiber (GF) and carbon fiber (CF).

The throughput is 1 to 2 times higher than ordinary low-torque extruders of the same specification. The largest model can reach a maximum output of 12 tons per hour, greatly improving production efficiency.
Under the same output requirement, our small-size extruder can replace larger models from other brands. For example, HPL51 delivers higher output than traditional 65-type extruders, which effectively reduces equipment footprint, raw material consumption and overall operating cost.
We adopt heating rods instead of traditional cast copper heaters, achieving an energy saving rate of 15% to 20%.
The output shaft bearings are designed with no-load structure, which effectively protects the vulnerable bearing components and extends their service life. The overall designed service life of the gearbox is over 72,000 working hours (equivalent to 10 years of stable operation).
